Refund policy
At SAINTED, we want you to be fully satisfied with your order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, and returned with all tags and original packaging.
To start a return, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us right away if your item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you'd like instead.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
